He talks about his new niche product which is purchases with reverse mortgages. Its a fairly new product to the market and he explains how the demand for this product has been very high as of late. Cynthia Marques explains to us what Property ID is, and how they help keep home buyers be well informed and safe. Her company evaluates whether a home is in a disaster zone, or even multiple disaster zones. She explains how these are required by law, and some of the procedures she goes through to make sure everything goes according to regulation.
